Our code of conduct

We are committed to ethical business practices and uphold human rights across our operations and value chain, as outlined by our Code of conduct. This document is based on internationally recognised principles, including the UN Global Compact’s 10 Principles, which we support and have incorporated into our policies.

During its development, we considered key frameworks such as ISO 26000, OECD Guidelines, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the SDG Compass. This ensures thet the our code we adhere to reflects best practices in corporate responsibility, sustainability, and ethical business conduct.

Ethics hotline

As one of our reporting channels, we have an ethics hotline that is open for all our business partners and employees. This hotline allows you to report any concern you may have related to possible or actual unethical, illegal, or improper activities or behavior within our operation.

The ethics hotline is managed by a third-party company to ensure anonymity. The setup with the third-party company is handled by our joint venture owner, Yara, and you will find the details on how to call on Yara’s homepage.
